Book your appointment beforehand and be sure to let us know if you are pregnant, have any special needs, allergies or medical conditions. By notifying us ahead of time, we will be fully prepared to accommodate you when you arrive..
2.Our cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be sure to give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation is received within 24 hours of your service, the full service amount will be charged. If the service is part promotion a standard $50 no-show fee will be charged if the service is 30 min or less. If the services is 45 min or more, a $100 no-show fee will be charged for promotional; treatments.We reserve the right to refuse services
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa
4.Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
Arrive at our spa earlier than the time of your appointment so you can unwind and clear your mind before beginning your treatment.
5.Wear something casual
If you’re coming from the office, bring casual clothes to wear after your treatment. You may walk in feeling stiff and stressed, but you’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized, so bring something comfortable to wear post-treatment.
6.Let us know
Is the water too hot or cold? Are you comfortable? Remember, your therapist isn’t a mind reader. If there is anything they can do to make your experience more pleasurable, don’t be afraid to let them know.
A spa treatment often releases toxins from the body, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.
8.Please turn off you mobile device
As a common courtesy to other guests at the spa, please do not speak on your phone and turn off any mobile devices during your visit.
9.Gratuity is not included with your purchase
Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the spa treatment cost. While you are not required to tip, it is common courtesy and a great way to show your therapist that they did a good job.
